Emergency car lighting
An emergency light switches on automatically in the event of a power
failure, providing illumination within the car. The emergency light
will allow any passengers inside the car to utilize the interphone
or the alarm bell to alert the building superintendent.
Full collective operation
This facility provides for the landing and car calls to be recorded
in a logical sequence according to the direction of the car travel.
This system handles the inter-floor traffic very well and is suited
for most application
Attendant service
In attendant service, if the Close Door Button is released before the
doors are closed, the doors will reopen. The car will start immediately
after the doors have been closed.
Fire emergency return.
When the building’s fire or smoke detectors are activated,
all calls are cancelled and all the elevators will immediately travel
to the main lobby or a pre-designated floor and park there with the
door fully open. However the electrical signal that indicates the
actuation of the fire sensors must be supplied to the elevator controller
by others or the fire alarm switch provided on ground floor be activated.
Car light & fan automatically shut off
Elevators can be installed with an energy saving feature that automatically
switches off the car internal lighting and ventilation fans when no
calls are registered after a predetermined (programmable) period of
time.
Interphone ( only for Passenger lifts)
In case of emergencies, the interphone installed inside the car can
direct communication with rescue personnel in the motor room or car
top. The interphone is activated by simply pressing the interphone
button on the car operation panel.
Variable Voltage Variable frequency drive
(For passenger elevator).
This facilitates soft start, soft stopping and good ride quality. In
addition to facilitating good control of the elevator this system facilitates
high energy savings i.e. low consumption of power and improves the
life of the mechanical systems and brakes extensively.
Fault information recorded.
20 last fault information’s are recorded to check what happened
during a break down.
Lifts with Automatic Doors.
• Door protective device
It is a multi-beam light ray type door protective device, which surveys the car
entrance. When a passenger or an object passes the entrance, the elevator will
stop the doors at the point of contact and re-open the car doors immediately.
• Door holding time.
The door open time can be programmed and the time delay set in the system.
• The lift can be designed to go out of service if the doors are kept
open for a long time.
• A delay to the start the lift after the doors are closed (say 0.2
to 2.0 sec) can be programmed.
• Choice for doors to reopen when the landing floor button is pressed.
This mode can be deactivated for commercial buildings.
Over speed protection (Down direction)
It can ensure the car’s running speed in normal range In case
of the car starts traveling faster than its rated speed. The governor
activates the emergency safety brakes fitted in the car.
Arrival chime
An electronic chime provides an audio signal to inform waiting passengers of
the arrival of the elevator car at each floor. The chime can be mounted on the
top or bottom of the car.
Emergency Alarm
A battery operated alarm bell is provided to allow passenger to alert the building
superintendent.
Maximum Call Registration
Limit Maximum car calls to be registered at one time to avoid misuse, improve
traffic efficiency and avoid redundant stopping of the car.
Parking Floors
To improve efficiency and save time the elevator car can be programmed to return
to a predetermined floor after remaining idle. The idle time can also be programmed.

Front-back Door Openings
All kinds of door service includes front door, back door and front & back
door openings. Freight elevators can also have 90° opening.
Voice Anunciator
All kinds of information that includes floor, direction and others
will be spoken out to remind passenger in two languages.
Group Control – Duplex Controls
The group control system for two or more elevators. The highest refined
knowledge and experience harnessed into the field of group control
will be incorporated into the microprocessors, allowing the car
to the move to the most used location, and thereby providing superb
elevator efficiency and optimum service.
Security Access With Swipe Card
To access the lift from a particulars floor through a swipe card
or to activate a certain floor through a swipe card.
Handicap
It is special for those people who are handicapped, which include
Voice Anunciator with handrail, back mirror and horizontal push
button station with Braille buttons.
Automatic Rescue Device
During power failure, the automatic rescue device (ARD) converts
stored energy from it bank of rechargeable batteries to drive the
elevator car to the nearest floor and opens the elevator doors
to let the passengers out. The ARD optimizes the use of the stored
battery power by selecting the direction which requires the least
effort.
Auxiliary Cop(Optional For Wide Car)
It is optional according to user’s demand. Main COP at one
side and auxiliary COP at the other side of the front opening.
Separated Landing Display
Big screen dot matrix or LCD display or arrive hall lantern.
Bi-directional Over speed protection (up direction)
The features prevents car from traveling at a higher speed than the
rated speed in both downward and upward direction.
Over Load Protection
This device offers the following additional function other than overload
protection.
a)Minimum load function- To prevent a child from operating the elevator.
b) On full load the landing calls will not be accepted.
Back Ground Music Function.
Music is played inside the car when elevator is working.
Phase Reversal correction.
This device can maintain a proper phase sequence in case the sequence
of the input supply changes.
Video Remote monitoring
A camera can be fitted in the car for remote survillance.
